Hi my name is Kameni Ides Antoine and I am a Business Operations Specialist and IT enthusiast with over a half of a decade of experience. I am currently enrolled in the ALX Salesforce Administrator Tech Program where I will learn how to manage user's needs in a CRM such as Salesforce.

 Prior to attending ALX, I possess a strong educational background in Business Administration with a Bachelor Degree from University of Dschang in Cameroon with relevant trainings and certifications in Sales, Logistics, Customer Service and Information Technology.

My background in business administration has enabled me to be highly proficient in information technology, customer handling and sales negotiation using various types of CRM and ERP tools. it has also enabled me to be detail oriented, quick to action and resourceful.

I believe I can add tremendous value to your organization or team by helping you tackle your most common challenges using my experience and skills in these cross-functional fields.
